Acid reflux disease or Gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a disease that occurs when stomach contents pass through the lower esophageal sphincter and overrelaxed irritate the lining of the esophagus. This type of disease which left untreated, can lead to some forms of cancer. Other things you can do include eating small amounts, sitting upright and chew food well to prevent your digestive system to work to digest what you ate. You must have a food diary with you, because it helps to give those who have caused the acid reflux if they suffered from one.
